I had a pleasant stay at Outlet Hotel Uenoekimae. The location was perfect, right across from the Keisei Ueno station and near Ueno Park. Though the hotel shows some signs of age, it offered good value for the price. My room was fairly spacious for Tokyo standards, but the bathroom had some minor issues. Overall, it served as a comfortable base for exploring the city.
